RETURN POLICY

 

Thanks for shopping at AtelierTraditionnel.com. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned, and all purchases on the site are considered final

Exception for faulty items.

Although we take extreme care in shipping items of the utmost quality, if there is a manufacturing fault with your Atelier Traditionnel underwear,  you are entitled to a full refund. If so, please contact us at customerservice@ateliertraditionnel.com. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved and the underwear is deemed faulty, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
