PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE - DETAILS
The Perfect Fit guarantee is applicable for eligible purchases on the Atelier Traditionnel website after December 1, 2017.
The "right fit" is defined as underwear not too tight or not too loose. If the underwear purchased with us feels too tight, we will exchange it for the exact same style (color, cut) in the size directly above the one purchased. If the underwear purchased with us is too loose, we will exchange it for the exact same style (color, cut) in the size directly below the one purchased.
The Perfect Fit guarantee does not apply if a Small size was purchased and the fit is too loose, as we do not offer any style in smaller sizes than Small.
The Perfect Fit guarantee does not apply if an Extra-Large size was purchased and the fit is too tight, as we do not offer any style in larger sizes than Extra-Large.
Should the exact style a first-time customer purchased not be available in stock at the time the Perfect Fit guarantee is applied, in the size above or below (depending on the customer's fit issue), the customer will be able to select among other styles in the correct size. The styles available for the customer to pick from will be of Atelier Traditionnel's choosing and will be promptly communicated to the customer by email.
A "first-time customer" is defined as a customer whose either name, credit card number, billing address, delivery address has not ever been used to purchase any product on the Atelier Traditionnel website before. If one of these has been used before to purchase products or services on the Atelier Traditionnel website, no matter which one, the Perfect Fit guarantee will not apply.
The Perfect Fit guarantee only applies for the first product a first-time customer purchases on the Atelier Traditionnel website. If a customer purchases more than one product in one order as a first-time customer, the policy will only apply to the one product of the customer's choice in said order.
A customer who has purchased with us before isn't a first-time customer if he or she purchases a different style of underwear (cut, color, size) on the Atelier Traditionnel website.
The Perfect Fit guarantee does not apply to any order shipped outside of the continental US. The continental US are defined as all contiguous 48 states of the United States of America.
Should the Perfect Fit guarantee apply, Atelier Traditionnel will provide the customer with a pre-paid USPS label and pouch. The customer will send back the Atelier Traditionnel underwear to us using the pouch and the pre-paid label. The underwear needs to be received in good condition for the Perfect Fit guarantee to apply.
If the Perfect Fit guarantee applies, the exchange will be at no cost to the customer (Atelier Traditionnel will handle the return shipping fee of the original pair, the shipping fee of the new pair, and the actual cost of the new pair).
A first-time customer wishing to activate the Perfect Fit guarantee should reach out to Atelier Traditionnel, Inc. via the exclusive email address provided in the package the customer received, or through the Contact page of the Atelier Traditionnel website.
Any piece of underwear returned to us as part of the Perfect Fit guarantee will never be available for purchase on any channel, whether at full or discounted price.
The Perfect Fit guarantee is only available to Atelier Traditionnel underwear purchased on the Atelier Traditionnel website (www.ateliertraditionnel.com).
Atelier Traditionnel and its affiliates reserve the right to terminate, modify or alter this policy at any time and, should any meaningful change be made to the Perfect Fit guarantee, will notify customers of said changes through an update on the Perfect Fit guarantee pages on the Atelier Traditionnel website.
